In week 6 we go further into setting our RAS to what we want to see more of, and also acknowledging that becoming this person is a change of identity

Week 6 is full of journal prompts, so grab your journal and get started with these questions all guided towards two homework assignments:

  1. notice if the actions you take day to day bring you closer or further away from the person you are becoming

  2. work with self-hypnosis to anchor in the sentence you form at the end of this recording

 

Self-hypnosis Summary
